This large swimming complex is one of the premier exercise and fitness centres in the city. During the winter months there are two twenty five metre pools undercover available and in the summer a large open air pool is opened up for public use. The centre offers a range of course and training schemes, but largely operates for the benefit of local people or visitors who want to enjoy uninterrupted swimming.
