This marvellous building is a great example of Parisian Renaissance architecture at its very best. Located close to the River seine, this imposing structure has housed the National Assembly for many centuries. Once a working place of government, today the majority of the building, and the nearby houses, are filled with interesting artefacts that relate to the governance of France. These include one of the larger collections of medals in the capital.
