This beautiful lake is situated on the edge of one of the most beautiful and largest parks in France. It offers a quite different environment to most of the green land areas of the city because the large body of water attracts a different type of natural environment and creature. Boating is allowed on the lake in the summer months and there is no more relaxing way to spend an afternoon than messing about in a rowing boat on the lake.
