The French nation has been obsessed with cinema since the Lumiere brothers first developed the moving image in the country and brought it to peoples attention. One of the largest film industries outside of America, there is a very distinctive style to the movies that are produced in the country. This museum attempts to explain the history of the industry and why it has become so important to the people, using many great examples.
