This is a wonderful wine cellar and producer based in the central suburbs of the city of Paris. Despite by far being the biggest city in the country, there aren’t a great deal of producers in the city itself due to space constraints and the problems with moving large quantities of fresh grapes around. Take a short tour of the cellars, see a few of the processes that are used and enjoy tasting the varied and tasty wines on offer.
