The excellent museum is dedicated to all the pleasures of the ancient world. It invites visitors to walk through a recreation of Lutetia and to see how people lived so long ago. It is interesting to observe how little has changed, and how then, just like now, people were concerned with the simple things in life; food, drink and happiness. A series of displays and documents bring history to life and show how this love of the good things of life has moved into the modern world effortlessly.
