Well known French architect Malgras built this theatre in 1905. Since that time it has served as one of the premiere entertainment venues in the port town of Calais. A great little theatre, it hosts an eclectic programme of events throughout the year. There is a bias towards traditional stage productions, but that said, the theatre also has a commitment to showcasing musical and comic talent. It is a place to get to know the local arts and culture scene.
