Victor Hugo is one of the greatest names in French literature. He lived much of his life in the beautiful house in the charming Marais area of the city. It was here that he penned some of his classic novels, including Les Miserables, the Hunchback of Notre Dame and many more. Today, his house has been converted into a museum, dedicated to his life and his work. Visitors are invited to tour around the rooms that inspired Hugo to write.
