It is quite unusual to find a wine production centre so close to the centre of a major city. This small cave has been involved in the production of good quality wines that are exported all over the world for generations. Visitors are invited to come inside and see how the processes have changed and talk to some of the people who are involved in the winemaking process. This is an interesting experience, that of course culminates in a tasting session.
