Hotel du Chalons de Luxembourg
26 Rue Geoffroy l’Asnier, Paris 75004 - France

Map

This building was constructed in 1610 and still stands with the same grand majesty today that it has done for many hundreds of years. The reason that this site has become a particularly well known tourist attraction is because of the detailed stonework that surrounds the building. Etchings have been made, particularly above the doors and windows that are so ornate you would expect to only see them in the most opulent cathedral. The building is open at times to the public.
