Font Obscure is a large park in the northern suburbs of the city of Marseille. Somewhat off the usual beaten track for tourists, this park is a hidden gem of the city. A lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon, the area has been put aside for rest and recreation by the local authority. It is a fine place to escape the manic city life of Marseille and enjoy a slower pace of life. Well wooded in places with a fine selection of flower beds and shrubberies, it is well worth a stop if you are nearby.
