Situated on the main road that leads out of the old port into the heart of Marseille, this theatre is well known in the city for being a place to head for if you are looking for an unusual and exciting night of culture. Throughout the year the theatre hosts an eclectic programme of events that are mainly loosely based around opera. There are many operettas staged as well as celebrity cast road shows that visit and light up the evening for an enthusiastic audience.
