This amazing art centre is open all year round for tourists and locals to enjoy a vast array of local and world art. It was established shortly after the death of Cesar, a prolific artist who spent much of his time in the region, and some of his works are on permanent display at the centre. The gallery and exhibition centre is housed in a marvelous piece of architecture that is an artwork in itself, but the beautiful pieces that are found within keep visitors coming back again and again.
