The beach is one of the best places to head for whilst you are visiting Canet, it is what has made the town famous. There are beautiful views of the rugged coastline available from the sandy shores that attract visitors from both the local area and much further a field. The beach in the centre of the town can become busy in the height of summer and therefore is best to arrive at early to get a good spot if you are thinking of staying there for the day.
