This is a multi use stadium in the heart of Paris, that has been operating with a 20,000 person capacity since the 1960s. The stadium is primarily used in modern times for Rugby League matches which take place on a regular basis during the season. As a visitor it is a good chance to see the local people at their most animated when they support their team in action. You can tour the facility at other times.
