The building that this museum is housed in dates back to the 17th Century and would have once served as an educational college for religious education and upbringing. It is quite appropriate that today the same building has been used to house a museum dedicated to children and childhood. The museum aims to bring to life history and art for children in a way that no other museum can, by engaging people as young as four in activities that help them understand higher concepts.
