The Paris Arsenal Harbour was opened in 1983 and offered for the first time the chance for pleasure boats to enter the very heart of the city. Up until this point it wasn’t possible, even via the canal to moor this close to the cities attractions. The harbour has become a focal point for the area, not just if you are on a boat or wish to take a river trip, but simply for those who want to sit by the waters edge and watch the world go by.
