There are very few wine producers based in Paris if you think about the sheer size of the city and extreme passion that the French people have for the product. It is in fact the size and density of the city that prevents there from being enough room for many producers. Those that do exists tend to be old and historic institutions like this one, where you can observe a little of the processes and taste the fine selections on offer.
