As one might expect on an island like Corsica, there are a great deal of connections with the sea. This boat touring company operates out of the end of Bonifacio Sound, the large body of water that comes inland, past the fortified city. It is possible to take a tour boat out and around the bay and into the open sea to visit some of the small and beautifully preserved islands that lie just of the shore of Corsica, such as the Isles of Lavezzi.
