Jean Gobelin founded this good looking building in the 15th Century as a dye works at the heart of the city of Paris. It changed somewhat in character throughout out the next few hundred years and became a place that specialised in tapestries. Today the works are open to the public and you are able to see the vast collection of machinery and design works on offer first hand.
