This church is one of the finer Gothic cathedrals in the northern areas of France and has been used as a model for many of the other Notre Dame cathedrals across the country, including the world famous church in the centre of Paris. Built in the 12th Century the cathedral has two huge towers that cast a shadow across the town, one of which visitors are allowed to climb. The church is just as beautiful on the inside and is well worth spending some time there.
